All of my treatments are tailored to you, using a blend of techniques depending on what you need on the day, whether that’s easing tension and discomfort, improving movement, assisting injury repair or simply allowing your whole system to unwind.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you arrive — we’ll work out what’s best for you together. Each appointment includes time before and after your treatment, with your full treatment time spent on the table, so you can completely switch off and enjoy every moment.

Rooted in nature, created for calm
Tucked away in my peaceful garden in Perranarworthal is Avani, my peaceful little treatment studio.
Avani means earth in Sanskrit, and the name has a special meaning to me. Coastal Calm represents the sea, my daughter Skye represents the sky, and Avani brings the earth. A lovely connection I hadn’t planned, but one that feels just right.
I’ve put a lot of thought and care into creating a warm, welcoming space where you can step away from everyday life, feel completely at ease and enjoy some time that’s entirely yours.
With soft lighting, cosy blankets and views of the garden, everything has been designed to help you settle in and unwind.
There’s plenty of space to park on my driveway, making your visit easy and relaxed.
